●Day 1： Sunday, August 4th 9：30-16：45
●Day 2： Sunday, September 8th 9：30-16：05
●Day 3：Saturday, October 19th 9：30-16：45

【参加対象~Participation target~】
①令和6年度介護福祉士国家試験受験予定者もしくは受験資格を有する者
②日本語能力N3程度の者
③全5日間の受講が可能な者
※日本国籍の者を除く
①Those who are planning to take the national examination for certified care workers in 2020 or those who are eligible to take the examination.
② Persons with Japanese language proficiency level N3.
③Those who can attend the course for all 5 days.
＊Excluding Japanese nationals.
【参加費（Entry fee）】 どなたでも無料（Free for everyone）
【定員（Capacity）】 15名（15 people）
【参加申込（Application for participation）】別紙「参加申込書」に、必要事項記載の上、FAXにて、お申し込み
（Please fill out the necessary information on the attached "Participation Application Form" and apply by fax.）
【申込締切（Application deadline）】 7/19㊎（Friday, July 19th）
受講が決定された方にのみ、※7/24㊌～7/26㊎に、研修会場アクセス等詳細を記載した受講決定通知書を送付
Only those who have been decided to take the course will be sent a notification of participation, including details such as access to the training venue, between Wednesday, July 24th and Friday, July 26th.
受講決定通知書が届かない場合は，お手数ですが、7/30㊋までに事務局までお問い合わせください。
If you do not receive a notice of acceptance, please contact the secretariat by Tuesday, July 30th.
